Discovery & Consultation
Consultation calls are provided without obligation and are non-refundable if designated as paid services.
Project Payments
Payments made for:
- Video Editing
- Marketing Services
- Website Development
- Branding
- Advertising Management
are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Before Work Begins
If a project is cancelled before any work has started, eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable transaction or administrative fees.
After Work Begins
Once strategy, research, design, editing, or campaign setup has started, refunds are not available due to the time and resources invested.
Monthly Marketing Services
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the active billing period.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.
Revisions
Client satisfaction is important to us. Every project includes revisions as defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
